San Clemente's only
luxury gym isn't
living up to it.
Prices keep rising. The facility stays the same. Members suffer during pickleball tournaments while the gym profits. We're pushing for better — or inviting someone new.
Subpar Facilities
There is no cold plunge or proper recovery area. The limited recovery equipment is tucked away in the salon — not on the gym floor where members need it. Saunas and steam rooms are regularly out of order, and courts are unavailable surrounding tournament weekends.
Parking is always a problem
Tournament day or a regular Tuesday — it doesn't matter. Finding parking at Lifetime SC is consistently impossible.
Constant fee hikes
Dues keep rising with no corresponding improvements to the facility or member experience.
Shrinking, overcrowded class schedule
Classes keep disappearing from the schedule. The ones that remain are consistently overcrowded and hard to get into.

What we want
Hold Lifetime accountable
- Add more classes to the schedule
- Limit member disruption during tournaments
- Allow discounts during tournaments or offer free membership pauses
- Improve parking availability
- Upgrade recovery equipment, including a cold plunge
- Stop raising prices without improving facilities
Invite Equinox or another high-end gym to San Clemente
- Show demonstrated member demand
- Present a credible alternative for residents
- Prove the market exists for true luxury fitness
- Give members a real choice
- Raise the standard for the entire market
